Stromboli have designed and implemented a website and database for National SureStart Month:
www.nationalsurestartmonth.com. In June 2003 National Sure Start Month will open doors to thousands of early education, childcare, health and family support services – celebrating all the different options available to parents and families. Many events will be organised, such as open days and activities for children and families. Stromboli have developed an SQL Server database backed web application allowing online registration of events and requests for materials. The website also allows people to locate nearby events using a simple and intuitive search system based on maps.
